Speaker:Professor Thomas Pogge, Yale University

Thomas Pogge is the Director of the Global Justice Program and the Leitner Professor of Philosophy and International Affairs at Yale University.

Among his many honours, he is the recipient of The American Philosophical Association’s 2013 Gregory Kavka Prize in political philosophy, for ‘Are We Violating the Human Rights of the World’s Poor?’

Professor Pogge will deliver the 2014 Global Justice Lecture, entitled 'The Millennium Development Goals and their Successors’.
